The Meat Market in Hyde Park Village is an award-winning steakhouse. If you order The Wood-Grilled Marinated Hanger, you will understand why. Their cocktail menu has refreshing options such as a Rose Spritz made with grapefruit and rose botanical vodka, Lillet rose, Giffard pamplemousse, and peach. The One In A Melon with watermelon, lavender, mint, lime, and seltzer is so good that you won’t miss the alcohol.  Berns Steakhouse, on Howard Avenue in the business district, has been a staple for decades. They have fresh-cut prime steaks and a celebrated collection of wines in a fine dining atmosphere.

Residents of Tampa Bay look forward to the annual community events. Each summer Tampa Bay hosts the Gasparilla Parade, Beer, Bourbon, & BBQ Festival downtown. The Gasparilla Parade is one of the largest festivals in the nation. 

Tampa Bay has several musical events and concerts throughout the year. The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Music Festival celebrates art, music, and food, giving a platform to well-known musicians in the area. Other notable festivals in Tampa Bay include the Florida Flair and the Tampa Margarita Festival.
